Market in Chinatown
Kelly and I went to a market yesterday (She will tell you all more about that) but I took these pictures.
This guy was making some sort of pancake (rice probably). He had a bucket of very gooey dough next to him. He would take a big wad of the dough and press it against the hot pan you see here, then lift it up quickly. The result was what you see here, very thin sheets of .... something.
This second picture is an overview of the market, taken from the second floor where we had lunch.-Tim
